Rooms in various houses open up throughout the year. Every so often, an entire house opens up for rent. Buying a house here is difficult; more information about buying a house is available here.

If you're interested in renting a room or a whole house, please use the space below to write us a brief letter introducing yourself. Perry and Megan (the contact people) will send it out to the N Street cohousing list-serve. Any current residents with rooms open in their houses, or landlords with entire houses for rent, will see your email via that listserve, and contact you directly if they have a spot into which you might fit.

If you'd like, we can also add your letter of introduction to a list of recent applicants that residents can look through if they have an opening later. This list is held on a password-protected page within our website that only current residents of N Street can access. Your info will automatically expire from it a year after it is posted.
